 Teacher Support Process

Procedure for requesting PowerTeacher support

 

  1. Direct your initial request for assistance to the School Lead Teacher(s)
  2. If the Lead Teacher(s) is unable to resolve the issue, call the Help Desk @ ^5815 or send a support request to tcrsb@rt.ednet.ns.ca
  3. If the Help Desk cannot resolve the issue, the support request will be escalated to the Consultant, Student Information Systems
